- The video must be recorded in one continuous shot, without any pauses or cuts.
- The video should start before opening the parcel and continue until all contents have been inspected.
- The parcel must be shown from all sides (360 degrees) before opening to confirm it has not been tampered with.
This video requirement is essential for us to address any potential issues, such as size discrepancies, damages, missing items, or incorrect deliveries. Please note that without a compliant parcel opening video, we cannot consider any return or exchange requests.
We understand that excitement or absence may lead to oversights, but we kindly request your cooperation in following this procedure. Our goal is to provide a hassle-free shopping experience, and your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.
Your item must meet the following conditions:
- Be in the same condition as received, with no signs of wear or use
- Have all original tags and labels attached
- Be in its original packaging, with all original contents included
- Be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Damages and issues

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
